Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine

Phone (207) 699-3807

Every day I am grateful for the opportunity to support and empower people toward their best physical and emotional health.

I am fortunate to have obtained a depth of training in many different areas. This allows me to tailor treatments to meet your unique needs and preferences.  I have been practicing Acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine for 15 years and am Board Certified, having received my Master’s degree from the New England School of Acupuncture in 2004.

In addition to acupuncture, I have been practicing bodywork for more than 25 years.  Graduating from the Massage Institute of New England in 1994, I trained in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, and sports massage.  After graduation I furthered my massage studies in Chinese Massage (Tui Na), Chakra Balancing, and trigger point therapy.

Embracing an integrative approach to health, my post graduate training is in various styles of Chinese & Japanese acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, mindfulness/meditation, lifestyle training, and body work.  I bring curiosity, an open heart, and dedication to my work and look forward to meeting you to discuss together how I may support you on your path toward healing.
