Jed Jankowski, MSPA, PA-C received his Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from The University of New England and is Board Certified by the National Commission on the Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). He received his undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Massachusetts.
Jed specializes in men’s health, with a particular focus on testosterone replacement therapy and sexual wellness. With a deep commitment to understanding the unique health needs of men, Jed provides personalized care that promotes both physical vitality and emotional well-being. INSURANCE COVERAGE NOTICE
Jed does not accept any form of insurance, and patients need to pay for their visit on the date of service. He is an ‘Out-of-Network Provider.’ Check with your insurance company to see if they cover for Out of Network services; you may need to submit a claims form to get reimbursed. Jed is happy to provide a Superbill that contains the relevant insurance codes for the claims form. Also, he has ‘Opted Out’ If you have Medicare insurance, you will need to fill out a Medicare private contract (provided by the office). If you have secondary insurance besides Medicare, you may still submit to the secondary insurance company for reimbursement for Out of Network provider services.
