Annie Nadeau, IPDH
Preventive & Integrative Oral Health
Annie Nadeau, IPDH is an independent practice dental hygienist and founder of BRUSH Oral Health. Her approach to care is centered on prevention, education, and the connection between oral health and overall wellness.
Annie has worked in dentistry since 2010 beginning her career as a dental assistant in a holistic dental practice in Groton, Massachusetts. Her early exposure to a whole-person approach to dentistry helped shape her interest in preventive, minimally invasive care and the relationship between oral and systemic health.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in Public Health with a concentration in Health Sciences from the University of Massachusetts and later graduated magna cum laude from the University of New England’s Dental Hygiene program in 2020. While at UNE, she received the Preventive Oral Health Award in recognition of her commitment to prevention-focused patient care.
Her clinical experience spans a variety of settings, including the Department of Veterans Affairs, community health, pediatrics, and private practice. She has also contributed to dental hygiene education as a clinical supervisor for Regis College’s Dental Hygiene program at its VA satellite location and as an adjunct clinical instructor at the University of New England.
Annie believes dental care should feel individualized and judgment-free. She works with patients to better understand their oral health, identify risk factors, and build realistic habits that support long-term health.
Originally from Massachusetts, Annie moved to Maine in 2024 and married her husband in 2025. She is excited to join the Integrative Health Center of Maine and collaborate within a setting that values whole-person health.
